His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation, praised the Kingdom of Bahrain's qualitative growth in the number of volunteers and youth and community initiatives. His Highness affirmed that the leadership's support has created an environment that encourages innovation and creativity in volunteer work and empowers young people to play a pivotal role in humanitarian and social initiatives inside and outside the Kingdom. On International Volunteer Day, which falls on December 5th, His Highness added that humanitarian and volunteer work is an inherent value among Bahraini youth and a fundamental pillar of the national identity. His Highness affirmed the great contribution of Bahraini youth and their continuous efforts in various initiatives implemented by government, private and civil institutions. His Highness noted the importance of establishing sustainable volunteer initiatives and providing specialised training and development programmes for volunteers to ensure the continuity of their impact and transform volunteer efforts into tangible achievements that serve society. His Highness pointed out that investing in volunteering is an investment in people and their ability to build, give and contribute to their country's advancement. Attending the race were, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the General Sports Authority and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid bin Isa Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Supreme Council for Environment, Deputy Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club’s High Committee, Member of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, His Highness Shaikh Hamad bin Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and His Highness Shaikh Abdullah bin Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa. The race took place over five stages with varied terrain and difficult endurance tests and saw fierce competition until the final stage. His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa affirmed that participating in the Asian Equestrian Championship was positive for the team, especially as it raised their readiness for upcoming events. His Highness praised the race’s high standards and the open competition among participants. His Highness congratulated the top three winners and wished all riders success in upcoming races. The horse Everest La Maggiore did not pass the veterinary examination in the final stage, while Emirati rider Saeed Ahmed Al Harbi took first place, Royal Endurance Team rider Saud Mubarak Sabt took second, and Patanakol from Thailand took third.more

His Highness explained that the Royal Team has been working diligently and continuously to prepare the horses and riders to the highest technical standards, noting the team's aspirations to achieve positive results that enhance Bahrain's presence in international forums and consolidate its honorable history and continuous achievements on the international and global stages. His Highness led the team's final training session, which focused on technical aspects, raising the readiness of the riders and horses, and ensuring that they arrive at the race in the best possible condition, reflecting the team's strategy of comprehensive preparation for major competitions. The Victorious Golf Team, led by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, won first place in the ProAm tournament as part of the King Hamad Trophy, organised by the Bahrain Golf Association for the 17th consecutive year at the Royal Golf Club. The Victorious team, consisting of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Luke Joy, Phillip Clough and Soufiane Toudaoui, deservedly won first place with a total of 107 points. His Highness affirmed that the King Hamad Trophy has become one of the most prominent tournaments in the region and the world, attracting the participation of elite professional and amateur players, confirming the Kingdom's position in hosting international sporting events and contributing to enhancing and developing golf. His Highness added that Victorious' first place victory was the result of joint efforts and teamwork, wishing the team continued success and praising the competition and high sportsmanship witnessed during the tournament. Second place went to the team consisting of Ayoub Id-Omar, Waleed Al-Alawi, Tawfeeq Al-Moayyad and Arun Varma, while third place went to the team consisting of Raphael Le Bot, David Bruce, Rodney Masoud and Matt Wadsworth. In the professional singles competition, British professional Tom Sloman won first place with 37 points, French professional Raphael Le Bot came second with 36 points, and American professional Cole Madey came third with 36 points.more
Lieutenant General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, received the working team of the second edition of the ‘Gadha’ program, its trainers and supervisors, and a number of participants. His Highness expressed his appreciation for the continued support provided by Colonel His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Commander of Special Operations of the Royal Guard, for the success of the programme's second edition. His Highness affirmed that this support has contributed to establishing ‘Gadeha’ as a leading national platform that highlights and empowers young talent in various fields and promotes the values of teamwork, commitment and discipline. His Highness also affirmed that the programme's widespread success and positive reception both inside and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain was the result of integrated and concerted efforts. Lieutenant General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, received a delegation of US Congress members led by Congressman Darin LaHood. The meeting was attended by Shaikh Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Strategic Security Bureau, within the framework of the mutual keenness to continue developing the existing cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America. During the meeting, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad affirmed the strategic importance of the Bahraini-US relations and their continuous development in various fields. His Highness stressed the importance of continuing to coordinate joint efforts to support regional and international security and stability and enhance mutual interests between the two countries. The signing ceremony was attended by Abdullah Jehad Al Zain, Chairman of Bahrain Victorious, and Mahdi Amjad, Founder and Executive Chairman of OMNIYAT Group, a diversified multi-brand portfolio, including OMNIYAT. The agreement was signed on behalf of Team Victorious by Milan Eržen, General Manager of Bahrain Victorious, and Peter Stephenson, Co-Managing Director of OMNIYAT. Lieutenant General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, received a delegation from the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) Parliamentary Assembly, led by Lord Lancaster, Member of the UK's House of Lords and Chair of the Assembly’s Defence and Security Committee. At the beginning of the meeting, His Highness affirmed the depth of the strong relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and NATO, and the importance of strengthening strategic partnerships with friendly countries and international organizations, to support joint efforts aimed at enhancing regional and international security and establishing stability and peace in the region. During the meeting, they reviewed and discussed regional and international developments, exchanged views on recent developments, and affirmed the need to intensify joint efforts to end ongoing regional and international conflicts and ensure the preservation of global security and stability.
