His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of Bapco Energies met Mr. Javier La Rosa, President of Base Assets and Emerging Countries at Chevron, in the presence of H.E. Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Daina, the Minister of Oil and Environment and senior officials.

His Highness stressed the importance of international knowledge exchange to strengthen the energy sector, drive innovation, and boost competitiveness while contributing to economic development.

The meeting, held on the sidelines of Chevron’s participation in MEOS-GEO, also reviewed asset management practices and the transition to cleaner energy.
